A dark robust autumnal reduced maple syrup, ice tea, soft saddle, burnished copper, diluted tincture of iodine.

Sweet cream, caramel, pepper, salt, vanilla, raw hot dog, honey, allspice, citrus, smoke and peat.

Cream, oil, nutty, caramel, spice and citrus. Some smoke and peat but not dominant.

A very long sweet finish with fruit, pepper, citrus, licorice, honey, smoke, iodine and of course salt.
