Light and delicate with hints of prunes, citrus, toffee, rocky road ice cream, and chocolate.

Sweet fruits forward such as prunes, dried fruit medley, and citrus along with coffee, vanilla, bourbon, pepper and salt.

Medium long to long sweet sherry liquor, lemon, oil, cream, grass and salt.

A surprisingly interesting and complex dram. Very worthy of the yearly Christmas dram designation.
