COLOR
Very light lemons soaking in water, pale green tea, Sauvignon Blanc wine, light shiny brass, unripe apricot.
NOSE
A subtly complex nose including cereal, sawdust, grapes, hay, peat, smoke, citrus, honey, tobacco, tequila, and damp leaves.
FLAVOR
Again, subtle and complex including citrus, sawdust, grapes, chamomile, vanilla, cream, salt, pepper, licorice, peat, smoke, oak, charcoal, and burnt rubber.
FINISH
Short on lemon, cream, cigarette ashtray, oak, spice, and peat while long on honey and salt.
COMMENTS
Light and delicate but distinctly Islay. Interesting but lacks character.
