Vanilla, nutty, creamy, nutmeg, honey, lemon, pancake syrup, orange, salt and pepper.

The finish is clean, longish, somewhat spirited and includes fruit, cream, salt, pepper, and other spices. The salt is the longest persistent finish flavor

Pleasant and smooth but not complex. It's underwhelming and progressed to lackluster as the night progressed.
