Sherry, oranges, cinnamon, vanilla, burnt orange and hard candy.

Sweet plums, cream, sherry, maple syrup, bitter almonds, cinnamon and treacle.

Medium long finish with sherry, orange peel, oil, maltose and salt. The finish sweetness is short while the astringent flame is long.
